I have to keep repeating the &#039;you&#039;re not superwoman&#039; mantra as well, the rest part is where I need to work on to.

		<description>one of the best pieces of advice i got when i started running was to accept that there would be bad running days and not to let it bother me. even the best runners have those days where nothing works and the rythym is simply off. you should actually be happy with your performance. you felt like you were nearly dying but you didn&#039;t quit and that&#039;s the kind of perseverance that will make you a better runner. good luck!</description>
